The National Council has made provision for each State to operate a separate Branch of the Guild to best Administer the specific requirements of Members in that State.

In 2002 a Branch was established in New South Wales but is not currently operational. The structure provided for consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer as its executive officers with one non-executive position of Membership Officer. Meetings would be held at G.A.A House, 24 Wentworth Avenue Sydney, 2000.
